- We offer two Sunday morning worship services.
- 8:15 a.m. - Informal service called "Feast and Celebration" More
contemporary and praise songs, led by "The Ensemble" singers. Holy Communion every Sunday.
- 10:45 a.m. - Traditional service, "Lutheran Book of Worship"
liturgy. Hymns old and new. Music by The Choir. Holy Communion on first and
third Sundays, and festival days, such as Christmas Eve, Easter, Pentecost, and Reformation Sunday.
- In worship we pray... praise God... hear God's Word through the Holy
Bible and sermon... confess and receive forgiveness, sing and enjoy instrumental music.
- Nursery for infants and toddlers is offered all Sunday morning. Babies
and young children are also welcome in worship. Coloring folders are
available to help children visualize the message of the day.
- Holy Communion is offered to all baptized Christians who have been prepared
for receiving this sacrament or who receive the Lord's Supper in other
Christian congregations. Visitors and members are welcome.
- People of Christ Lutheran Church are Singles, couples, families ... Children,
youth, young and old adults...

- Be received and welcomed by the congregation.
Baptism is the gift of God's promises of forgiveness of sin, fullness of
life now and forever, and salvation through Jesus Christ, given in the name
of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

trees nearby are signs of the beauty and wonder of God's creation. At the
intersection of E. 53rd St. N. and N. Hillside, across from Heights High School.
1 1/2 miles east of the 53rd St. N. exit of I-135 ("Canal Route")...easy to reach.
Nearby communities include Bel Aire, Kechi, Park City, Valley Center, and Wichita.
Members and worshipers also come from Andover, Augusta, Benton, Derby,
El Dorado, Goddard, Maize, Sedgwick and Towanda.
